Bio

Sondro Castro, was born November 28, 1972 in New York City. Raised in Spanish Harlem, Sandro became a student of hip hop at a very early age. Surrounded by crime as a young man, he utilizes the most pivotal events in his music. Instead of self-destructing, Sandro Castro embraced his street bound life and grew skills on the microphone, which explains why there is so much passion in his lyrics. A reputable member of many groups in the past, he has blessed countless of albums and mix tapes with his significant style. Years have passed, and his accomplishments continue to grow tremendously. Fluent in both English and Spanish, this Honduran soldier raps and sings in both languages with poise. Known from Boston to New York as Thuggy Dixwell, General Dix, Sondro, and King Shab, he is the founder of the Eye-N-Side movement. Thuggy now spends his time traveling back and forth from Boston to New York recording and releasing mix tapes independently and has sold over 5 thousand units hand to hand on his block
